Keeping it trim
3 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in York.
- Saturday, 16th of June 2018
Here's what Mrs G of YO10 had to say about the mission:
What a wonderful group you sent me! Absolutely fantastic and loved gardening. Would love to have you back in the future.
3 keen goodgymers ran variable distances to help Mrs G tidy up her garden. Mrs G is a keen (and very knowledgable) gardener but her sight and mobility means that she can’t keep on top of it as much as she would like.
Georgie, Ellie and Leanne quickly got to completing a range of tasks, include trimming the edges of the lawn, getting weeds out between pavements, trimming bushes and pruning hedges. Ellie was very pleased to develop her (non-existent) topiary skills.
After taking a series of ridiculous action shots with some rhubarb, the three bid farewell to Mrs G and ran home.

It’s basically not an action shot if there isn’t rhubarb in it
