It's in the bag
11 GoodGymers made their way 2.0km to help their local community in Haringey.

This week 11 GoodGym-ers ran (about) one mile to help Marcus Garvey Library with some sticks and Tottenham Green with some mulch.
We were joined by GG newbie Oisin – give him a cheer! Bonus points for showing up with a GG shirt AND your DBS docs! Well done
After some quick partner warm ups in front of the leisure centre we headed off on our loop back to the library. Dave was my trusty back-marker, whilst I lead the gang around the block. We took a different lap than usual, which somehow ended up with us splitting up. My group did some sprints whilst we waited for the others to catch up, then legged it back to the green when we realised they wouldn't. Luckily, we all got to the green at the exact same time, so nobody got lost and everybody was happy.
We met Laura at the green to collect tools and be briefed on our task. I took half the group to the library to put sticks in bags and Dave took the half half to the garden on the green to move mulch.
We then all met back at the green for photos and burpees. Everyone is starting to get a little better at those. It was then a sprint finish back to base for stretches.
Props to Niamh and Claire for coming up with this week's pun!
I'll be at a wedding next week, so Dave will be leading you on an exciting task to help with a local project. Sign up here.
Tonight is GG Haringey's monthly social – I hope everyone had a wonderful time! See you all soon!
