It's an uphill battle
4 GoodGymers made their way 10.8km on a training session in York.

4 GoodGym Yorkies braved the cold last night with one goal in mind - to conquer one of the rare hills of York.
We gathered at the University underpass to debate distances and reps. Naturally, as Nikki was there, we opted for 10 reps and the longer hill. (Midway through we realised this did mean 10km of hill reps, but this is why we choose it before starting!)
We discovered many things - Tim, even having already run 11km that morning, can still outrun a bike; Lucy is a machine on any steep slope; Nikki somehow always manages to make the last hill rep at least as fast, if not faster, than the first.
"We could stop early?" anon. "Egg would know. Egg always knows somehow." Becky
Despite several witnesses to his agreement, Tim (having lapped us) reluctantly declined the offer to push the rest of us up the hill for the final rep. I suppose really we would have regretted not doing it ourselves in the end.
Eventually, we breathlessly thanked everyone who attended, and agreed that we should definitely do it again soon! (See, now it's in writing, just so we can't deny it!)
