In the jungle, the mighty jungle!
2 GoodGymers made their way 7.4km to help their local community in Redbridge.

On a slightly chilly summer evening, two of Goodgym's finest weeded an allotment and ran 8km in the process.
With the Central line in complete chaos and a number of runners stuck on the underground it was down to just Trainer James and Kathryn to run to Redbridge Community Allotments for a weeding task.
The allotment has become a firm favourite among Redbridge Goodgymers but sadly the task of keeping the weeds at bay seems never to be done. On arrival at the allotment - a short run from our base at Wanstead House Community Association - the pair were met by waist high weeds and overgrown bushes. Undeterred, the duo began weeding like their life depended on it.
With 40 minutes of weeding done, the front of the allotment looked much better - though much remains to be done. This left time for a 5km loop and some pacing finishing from Kathryn! Great work.
Why not join us? The allotment and many other tasks in the area need more help! We can't do it without you.
