I like big buds and I cannot lie
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Barnet.

I met Rupesh (a total mission pro already) for my mission number two. Mrs A showed us around her beautiful garden and set us off on our tasks she had lined up. Given how nice the garden already was, there was certainly a feeling of "lets not mess this up" !!
I was set to work weeding the patio and spraying weedkiller to hopefully prevent things making a reappearance ! I'm still not quite in the habit of photo taking, so no before and after I am afraid but it certainly looked a lot better, if I do say so myself.
Rupesh was tasked with clearing all the dead leaves from the flower beds, and being the mission pro he is, wisely took a before and during photo although didn't quite manage a full house with the after photo- next time!
With the flower beds expertly cleared we joined forces to get planting! After some much needed guidance from Mrs A we had 50 tulip bulbs and some rooted daisy's to add to the flower beds. Fingers crossed in the spring the garden will be full of buds for Mrs A to enjoy- she had very sweetly said that when they bloom I will think of you both, so hopefully our planting skills were up to scratch and the pesky squirrels won't get there before they grow.
Our final tasks of the morning were completed in glorious sunshine, we had to weed the lawn and dead head some already flowered plants. With those tasks done and tools put away it was MISSION COMPLETE.
