I-KEA You
14 GoodGymers made their way 17.0km to help their local community in Hammersmith and Fulham.

Today's run saw the long anticipated LONG run to Clapham! A full 8.3kms for 10 brave runners, with 4 newbies/ 'recovering from Royal Parks Half at the weekend' runners taking the shorter 'hop on the tube and run 4kms' option. Once at the Thai Children's Trust we helped them build their new office furniture. In total we built one large conference table, 4 desks, a couple of office chairs and the start of a filing cabinet - an impressive effort for 1 hour of deciphering IKEA instructions!
We all realised that there's nothing like a bit of time pressure to get a good hard run on the way back. Timed to perfection we made it back with a minute to spare! An impressive 8.3kms in 42 mins was seen from Calum, Richard and Paul! Luckily Honest Burger had some lovely burgers awaiting us and we re-fueled and re-hydrated in their lovely restaurant!
Thanks to everybody for your great efforts. In particular thanks to Calum and Aska for leading the long run group. Next week we are off for a shorter run (~3kms each way) to White City to help the Nubian Day Care Centre - hope to see you all there!
