Pauline, Matthew and Carol turned up at Waterloo kitchen yesterday. Carol helps to run it and there was quite of a lot of food, which was out of date and couldn't be donated anywhere. Things like Christmas puddings and custard. Pauline and Matthew made light work of putting it in Matthew's car and off he went to deliver it to Paul, who does an amazing amount of charitable work including with the homeless, so he is going to use all the food immediately and cook it up and give the homeless some amazing hot meals especially Christmas pudding and custard as there was so much of it in the trays we gave to him. In addition Carol had a lot of clothes to be donated, so they will go to another charity. A great day and amazing to have been able to re-cycle all this stuff and not send it to landfill.
