Goodgym in Red for Russell
2 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Birmingham.

Today I was joined by Rahul to volunteer at a very emotional Perry Hall parkrun. We gathered and wore red to remember Russell Burns, a Perry Hall regular, who died suddenly while out running the week before. It was a good way to celebrate him among friends with his family in attendance as well. I set up the course and hobbled round in tribute after my injuries picked up in midweek racing, and Rahul marshalled at the bridge, giving encouragement as we went round the three laps. RIP Russell.
