GoodGym go gLAMPing 🕯🏮🔦💡
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Cardiff.

It may not have been the shortest mission on record, but this was a LIGHT task compared to many! Nathan and Ellen met in the SHADE of leafy Lisvane at the flat of Mrs C, who had recently moved in and needed some help. The main task was to SWITCH some old lampshades for newer ones. Mrs C has some balance issues so is unable to use the footstool to reach the ceiling lamps. So Nathan and Ellen CORD-inated action between them, with Ellen taking the wrapping off the new shades, and Nathan reaching up to take the old shades down and putting the new ones up. Ellen then put a shade on a table lamp, cleared some space on a side table and tested it out - and in a FLASH, there was more light! Before we left we had a little chat with her, and she told us how the flat had been TORCHed in a fire accidentally set by the previous occupants. The renovations were certainly impressive, and we're glad Mrs C could PLUG into some help from GoodGym to achieve a nice cozy GLOW in her new home. 🤩

Great report, Ellen! Love the alliteration in the title too. Well done both
