GoodGym Gardening Gossipers
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Luton.

Here's what Mrs M of LU4 had to say about the mission:
That’s great, thank you guys so much. (referrer feedback)
On Saturday two GoodGymers helped out with some gardening for a couple who sadly can no longer tend to it regularly. On arrival Mr B welcomed us with a smile and proudly showed us round his garden pointing out all the things him and his wife had grown and built over the 44 years they had lived there! While we busied ourselves with the task Mr B happily chatted away to us about a whole manner of things, from cooking and travel to family and Judo, a sport he participated in his younger days. We even learnt that they were members of the British Fuschia Society and had won awards! (No pressure then watching us gardening) We made good progress on clearing the pathways of overgrown weeds so hopefully a less hazardous area. We hope to be back soon to help and hear some more of Mr Bs stories!
