GoodGym comes in sets of threes!
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Bristol.
- Saturday, 27th of January 2018
Being the last Saturday of the GoodGym January challenge Dave and I decided to set ourselves up with a triple good deeds day. After the park run takeover and planting bulbs on a very steep slope we were feeling warmed up and ready to do some more gardening.
Mrs R had a large hedge in the garden which had grown a bit too enthusiastically so she provided the tools and permission to hack it all back into a neater undulating form. We snipped away filling up a wheelie bin full of branches. Dave's waterproof trousers proved very useful for climbing into the bush to get the bits at the back and also climbing into the bin to squash the leaves and branches down.
I should have taken before and after photos but it was quite drizzly.
