All the good deeds of GoodGym obviously count for something as we had lovely evening sunshine for our (just after) Midsummer meet up.
We did a 25 minute run or walk or skip followed by a litter pick. Rachel found the most rubbish but Jen won the most daring pick, using a long stick to fish a jacket out of the creek. Nothing in the pockets but a couple of swans did swim up to check what was going on.
Plenty of chat, catching up on news and seeing some faces that we've missed. Plus a few post pick snacks...
How else would you spend a Friday night?
