For this Saturday run it was a usual weekend in Bristol and sh*t faced! All in the name of good deeds of course!
After meeting at Roll for the Soul we ran over the hills of South Bristol to Bramble Hill Farm in Knowle to get stuck into this week's task. They had loads for us to do so we got stuck into clearing vegetable beds and weeding the onion beds as well as the main task, helping to transport a truck load of compost from the top gate down to the farm. This meant all hands to the pumps, using wheel barrows, trolleys and sacks to get it all moved.
We got in done just in time, and headed back over the hills to our start point.
Epic effort all round, particularly anyone who had a wheel barrow with a flat tyre, and anyone who did Park Run first - extra kudos for Debs for doing Park Run, the Mo Run and GoodGym - Epic!
