One Goodgymer made their way to the Foodcycle Kitchen at the end of the afternoon to join the Foodcycle Cooking Team for tonight’s dinner and chat session.

Spotting a variety of different fruits and a lot of bread it didn’t take long for Gill to decide on her rustle up recipe for tonight’s pudding. She would gladly have swapped the 20 minutes of taking the stones out of 5 large punnets of cherries for a HIIT work out, but they were finally all stoned and ready to be cooked along with apples, plums and apricots. A soft fruit sauce was then made and finally the fruit was topped with buttered bread triangles sprinkled with Demerara sugar and baked to make 3 Charlotte.

Delicious desserts from what would have ended up in the bin!!!
