Sam joined Ian and the Green team at Old Alleynian Rugby club to first put down sand in the holes of the rugby pitches as we are heading to the end of rugby season and the start of cricket, so the cricket club next door wanted a flat pitch ready for their season. There was 20 tonnes of sand to spread, but we didn't get through all of it!
The second half of the session was clearing the ivy and overgrowth by the South Circular road. The two hour session was definitely a work out for the forearms.
