5 GoodGymers made their way 4.0km on a training session in Bristol.

Despite word getting out that it was a hill session tonight, four fitness finders still came to get a leg burn tonight.
After a nice jog to Brandon Hill, the hard work started. The guys put a brilliant effort in on four super long endurance hill sprints then still got a great pace on for four shorter hill reps. I was very glad to see them all looking knackered by the end, and even though I they weren't at the time, I am sure they will thank me when they are having a well-deserved rest later! Well done all!
