I found myself between missions and needing to stay in the area, so took myself to nearby Russell Square for a lunch break and to sit and watch the world go by - and felt exhausted watching the various gymnastic, high and low intensity and plyometric exercising going on...if today's performances were anything to go by, many people will exit lockdown in a lot better shape than they were in March.

Thankfully shopping for Ms M was then a much less tiring experience - an easy walk around the largely empty aisles (visit Waitrose at 2pm on a Friday for no stress social distancing browsing), and able to get everything that she wanted with minimal fuss (apart from boneless sardines strangely - there must be a new recipe out that needs them...).

The usual short walk back to Ms M's flat in the afternoon sunshine and put her shopping on the kitchen worktops for her to unpack. Ms M was thankful as ever for the help. Now that she's a lot more confident on her feet she said she's hoping to be able to get out more over the coming weeks, which can only be good news - can't think that will stretch to her doing star jumps or planks in Russell Square anytime soon though.
