Food Bank Donations In the Can!
3 GoodGymers made their way to help the Portsmouth Foodbank in Portsmouth.

With Lucy and Duncan joining the next session of food Bank collection, it was clear that the sunshine had brought more people out and increased the generosity levels as few people passed us on their way out without making some sort of food or money donation. People were thinking out of the box and adding other non-perishable items away from the suggested items including a few treats like biscuits and Easter eggs. With the trolleys filling up, we were quickly adding the items to the stacked storage ready to take back to the food bank. The time just flew, and before we knew it, the session had ended. We handed off to Sam, Jen and Aimee to continue the good work, and went to enjoy more of the sunshine before it disappeared!

I love combining exercise with doing good with Goodgym. Add to that, we are able to do it by the seaside and that's close to being perfect!
