9 GoodGymers made their way 3.5km to help their local community in Barnet.

Tonight nine natty GoodGymmers ran around East Finchley delivering flyers for the Syrian Kitchen.
Meeting at the Phoenix Cinema, we were pleased to finally have some good weather. So much so that we ran to the PARK for our warm up. Unfortunately, the ground itself was still a bit wet so we used the surrounding pavements for our warm up.
We were delivering flyers for the Syrian Kitchen - a brilliant organisation that's supporting refugee women in Finchley. They provide middle eastern hospitality and delicious food - check them out grubclub.com/syrian-kitchen
When we reached the residential roads in East Finchley, we divided into two teams and set about flyering. Using our trusty leap frog method we sped through all of the flyers over several roads around the village.
We couldn't leave without a quick fitness session though: tonight we used the curb for some fast feet and calve raises, mixed in with a few squats too. Everyone did great and we soon set off back to base for a round of high fives, stretches and naturally a Barnet Biscuit. Tonight's were particularly delicious dark chocolate digestives.
We'll be running to Long Lane Pasture next week - hope to see you there.
Oh, and as for my inspiration for the run report title: I dare you to listen and not have this stuck in your head for the rest of the day
