6 GoodGymers made their way 3km on a training session in Barnet.

6 GoodGymers crushed a 60 minute All body circuit in the driving rain!
Big hearts and strong minds were needed tonight! Huge shoutout to you all for coming along to dominate a seriously tough circuit based session in ideal conditions for ducks!
Aim was to get heart rate up, keep heart rate up with a range of exercises. Hitting up with a aerobics style specific dynamic warm up to prepare us for the lower body blitz ahead.
Hitting a load of variations of lungs, squats, calf raises interspersed with tough 30 second efforts of high knees.
We then flipped the attack to the core are got a bit dirty planking both front and side with a running recovery before finishing off with a double whammy of 2 triple mini circuits testing our coordination, CV, leg strength and heart.
A great effort tonight, super impressed with everyone's performances and sure the session will help to take your fitness to the next level!!
