Fired App
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Islington.

Sevan went for a speedy mission to help Mr J install the app for his energy supplier. Mr J had been told that the app would give him more control over when his central heating came on, which he needed to dry clothes or the carpets after they'd been washed. He could currently boost the central heating for an hour or two, but not all the way through the night.
Mr J had kept all of his energy provider's setup documentation, so getting the app installed and signed into only took 10 minutes. Once logged in, it only had options for Mr J to pay, not to control his heating, so it was back to the drawing board.
Sevan then found the model of Mr J's heating thermostat and looked up the manual for it, which was much more helpful. He discovered that there was a hidden flap with secret, unlabelled blue buttons underneath. These offered longer overrides like "always on" or "on all day". Mr J gave them a spin and decided that they would do the job perfectly.
