Everybody needs good Neighbours

Our task was to check that Mr M was ok and if he needed any assistance. He lives close to me so it was a short run for me but a cycle across London for Stuart.

As all aficionados of high quality daytime Australian soap operas will be aware ....everybody needs good neighbours, so it felt a very worthwhile mission and we were both very pleased that Mr M was ok and in good spirits.

It was also really nice to see very busy goodgym mission runner Stuart again.
