Down with the Kids.
18 GoodGymers made their way 6.8km to help their local community in Tower Hamlets.

18 GoodGym runners headed off on the 6km round trip to Stepney City Farm this week. After a 2km run down the farm we helped the volunteer manager, Simon, with a range of jobs including shifting and turning compost, moving soil and begging beds.
Most importantly though we also had time (well actually we didn't have time but we did it anyway) to see the baby goats from weeks ago now in their infant-hood( or whatever the goat equivalent is) and also some spring lambs. The standing and staring didn't last long though as Tom gathered us together for a serious of sharp fast intervals to make our way back to the Town Hall Hotel.
