Down and dirty at Stepney City Farm
26 GoodGymers made their way 6.0km to help their local community in Tower Hamlets.

- Led by Laura Williams
A group of 25 runners headed down to Stepney City Farm on Monday to dig compost, scrub down pens and sweep up the farmyard to keep animals, workers and visitors happy and clean.
Having tackled the 2.5km run down we split into 3 teams to get loads done, especially big shout to the brave souls tackling the steamy, pungent compost pile.
After the task we took a longer run home summiting the 'mountain' of Mile End Park before getting back to stretch and go home happy.
Especially big shout out to Sarah and David who split off to run a 15km round trip to help a partially sighted local resident to build his new bed - great work guys!
