7 Goodgymmers painted the fence at Wanstead house
Another warm evening had 7 Goodgym crew members meet for a spot of painting at Wansted House to help earn our keep! Paint brushes were quickly dispatched and several fence panels were liberally coated in paint to help protect the wood and brighten up the view.
No Picasso like murals appeared but it was a job well done none the less. Once we had worked away at the required number of panels we had a quick tidy up and set off for a run.
As it was nice weather and light enough we set off across the flats and enjoyed a mix of road and trails in the sunshine. Big thanks to Peter as always for helping find the route and for rallying the troops to get us off to a good start on the task.
After the run we gathered for a stretch and discussed missions and the further adventures of James who will return to lead the run next week.
Always a fun session at Redbridge and I look forward to catching up with you all soon!
