16 runners went to help the Tree Musketeers volunteers which plant and grow tree for Hackney park.
So while Joel is doing parkrun in France in my hometown with my parents, I took his regular group and started with a French warm-up and introduction, and was quite impress with head count as usually after 'Dix' it's harder but everyone got it right up to 'Seize'.
We then headed to Hackney Marshes were Russel where waiting with some work for us, creating some plant beds and moving some pots we where offered a lot of different fruit grown in the space.
The job done and all apple eaten, we then headed to the football pitch to practice our arm techniques, after another warm-up with this time some Chinese and German counting we started to few drills with the socket to pocket exercise, remembering the 90°c rules, and not crossing the body, then using this with had a go at Flying 30s, and we finished by a relay where all the team won :D
We headed back to our start point lead by Peter.
