2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Lewisham.

Mr T has a well kept garden which just needed a tidy up in terms of de-weeding the paths and flower beds. The task passed quickly as Emma and I discussed cycles and running. After an hour we had 3/4 filled a wheelie bin, Mr T was pleased with the new look garden.
