I got up early this morning to begin my first GodGym task of the day. After bringing home a lot of eggs after last week's FoodCycle I had promised to make pancakes for this evening's meal in order to celebrate Shrove Tuesday (or pancake day as it has become known). My recipe was mammoth: 1.5kg of flour sifted ✅ 30 pinches of salt added ✅ cracked open 36 eggs ✅ whisked them into the flour ✅ whisked in 3 litres of milk and 1.1 litres of water ✅ Then got busy with two frying pans...

And hey presto - 100 pancakes made and ready for tonight's FoodCycle meal.

And then to work...
