Brush perfect
6 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Worthing.

The second session of the evening
John and Barbara did a double header and Belinda was an absolute star turning up on her crutch with a broken bone in her knee to be official photographer and cheer leader.
It was great to see and hear from Anne that she has settled back into a running routine again.
Emily also had previously mentioned to me on Saturday that she is running more as with more flexibility and number of tasks her running is also improving as she associates the good deeds with running :)
After 2 hours helping on a lovely summer July evening there were plenty of good vibes accompanying the good deeds.
A certain dog may be sad when he/ she returns to reclaim the bone !
