BED January
18 GoodGymers made their way to help the C4WS in Camden.
- Wednesday, 1st of January 2020
- Led by Abi Perrin
17 runners from all over London and an extra special visitor all the way from GoodGym York spent a small part of New Years Day making beds at a central London homeless shelter. We were so efficient we actually made too many beds and had to unmake a few!
For a number of us this was our first day of a RED January GoodGym challenge, where we'll try to do something active as well as something positive for our community each day this month.
