I was asked by my church to visit an elderly gentleman who has recently come out of hospital and is feeling isolated as he is not yet able to get out.
I baked him a Bakewell tart but had to fake the running as you can't run with baked goods in your hands, can you?
Had a lovely chat about Luton in the 1960s.
