Are there different guidelines for Welsh Lamb Chops?

It was back to Ms J's again on Friday morning - not sure two visits on successive Fridays yet constitutes a routine, but it certainly felt like familiar turf. As per last week, Ms J was well prepared with her shopping bag and envelope and, from behind her closed front door, expressed her gratitude for my arrival and efforts. I only hoped upon opening her envelope this week she hadn't sprung an unusual shelf challenge on me that could undermine her kind words.

Thankfully not - with no queue outside and the familiarity of the aisles at Waitrose at Brunswick Centre now etched firmly in my mind, I was able to find everything she wanted, stayed below the budget, socially distanced from others, and the kind checkout lady even provided a free replacement bag for life as she had spotted a hole in Ms J's (I really will miss this shop and the people who work in it...).

I was back ringing her doorbell within 20 minutes, left her new bag on her doorstep and through the gap in the door we had another quick chat about the mysteries of it all and wished each other well for another week.
