Another G' angelic event
6 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Worthing.

Another of my favourite tasks with favourite people
We just love helping out The Friend of St Botolphs who have always been represented by Val and Rik.
Val always focuses us on specific tasks and goals and today was no different.
Sue and I dug over an overgrown bed and planted fox gloves.
John ,Ricky and Sue went one step further digging out a huge camber of a flowerbed battling the original doomsday stone wall and tree roots to also plant fox glove
Emily and Paula pulled off a challenging hour of tackling a huge flowerbed just west of the entrance. They won!
At the changeover we celebrated Paul's 100th good deed with John's totally AWESOME needlefelt . Honestly my jaw dropped at such an amazing momento. No words can sum up this amazing person. We just love everything about Paul💕

Thank you all of you
You are simply the best xx

I love the concept of getting physically and mentally fit whilst combining it with helping others. I run most days.
