With this being the last week that the Bristol Churches Night Shelter was at Elim Church, Stokes Cross and the GoodGym World Record for moving the mattresses having been set during the previous week, the pressure was on. Another pressure was the realisation that we'd run out of mattress related puns for the run report!

5 GoodGym runners formed a well ordered human chain to pass down the mattresses straight from van done the line to the corner of the church hall. With military precision, the task was completed. Not quite record time but still very efficiently done - you could tell we'd all done this a few times before.

We were all pleased to see a large rucksack, belonging to one of the users of the night shelter, amongst the items we were moving. We were told that the extra stability that being able to go to the shelter each night had had a very positive impact on his life and the reason his rucksack was there was that he had got a job and was not at work during the day.
