And that's why Mr J shops at Tesco.
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Southwark.
- Friday, 2nd of June 2023
Mr J was waiting for me when I rang his buzzer - by the time I'd made it up to his flat, he was standing at the door with a short list, his clubcard and a £5 note. We ran through the list and he helpfully described where I could find the various items. I was a little sceptical that £5 would be enough, but Mr J assured me it would be.
Well who was I to ever doubt Mr J's local Tesco knowledge - assisted by his useful in store directions, I found everything he needed pretty quickly, scanned his club card and still had £1.10 in change to hand back to him when I got back to his front door.
