A whole ladder intervals
8 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km on a training session in Bristol.

Seven brave runners joined me tonight for the first Bristol GoodGym running training session. They left their Good Deeds behind for the night to work on their running game and what a fantastic job they did! Welcome to Charlie who joined us for the first time at GoodGym tonight - I promise its not usually quite such hard work!
After whipping through some running technique drills and setting a quick pace on some strides, we ran to the Harbourside which would be the home of tonight's sweat-inducing tales.
After a recce of the route, the group set of to do a ladder set of intervals, all putting in great effort, especially through the wafting barbeque smells. We then returned to our base to do a fitness game where each runner got to decide the others' fate with an exercise of their choice.
An hour later, a lot more red in the face, we stretched and went our separate ways. Thank you for all your hard work everyone!
