A thorny challenge
3 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in York.
- Wednesday, 4th of September 2019
The three of us worked hard for nearly 2 hours to clear a large quantity of brambles and weeds from Mrs P's back garden. After filling the green bin in the first half hour we carried on clearing, getting very scratched and prickled by the giant thorns. By the end of the mission the garden was looking much clearer and her plants had room to grow again. Mrs P was very pleased with how much we'd achieved.
