A game of SCRAPES and LADDERS!
6 GoodGymers made their way 1.0km to help their local community in Trafford.

Last night we helped out the Friends of Chassen Park by scraping moss to make the slopes to the bowling green safe and preparing the bowling hut for painting with scrapers, sanders and all sorts.
Well done to Meera who not only has clocked up over 100 good deeds for Goodgym but also came up with the cracking pun whilst up the ladder!
It was lovely to work alongside Alan and Sean and to get some insight into plans for the park.
After we'd given our arms a workout, we finished with a mini relay and squat finisher (to give our arms a rest/ make our legs as tired).
Lovely to see so many faces and to be able to help out so much
