Unstable Tables
6 GoodGymers made their way 5.7km to help their local community in Newham.

Beaut of an evening and another starter session in a seven day period. Joined by new runner Ryan, second timer Charlene and regulars Kevin , Sharon and Alice - we were off to a winning start before we had even racked up a meter of galloping.
Down the River Lea for the second time in two days, we headed back over to Manorfield Primary School. Ryan and Charlene rolled the two miles with no fuss, not being regular runners this shows some glorious GoodGym potential. A furniture moving session was on the cards, moving seven smaller tables upstairs and a few massive ones downstairs. It was actually quite physical, the weighty tables were awkward to shift. But the dream team of six made it happen, working tirelessly for 30 mins - getting it done. More applause in order, as it was a late session and Kev and Sharon did the Wednesday session too. Big kudos there.
Decided to leave the core session as it was late and there was still 2 miles to get through - got to pick your winners in this life. We all made it back on a dark canal, Ryan managed a little sprint finish and everything was hunky dory
Headteacher, not Headmaster (this is an antiquated word apparently), Paul, was very appreciative and said the kids were chuffed to have the extra space you created for them on Wednesday, reckons they'll be equally happy with new table format. These kids are observant and smart, pretty sure I was just running around and falling over. Wait, that still happens - s**t.
Have a corking weekend and train with joy and wisdom. Sign up up to Boleyn road session here
See you next week all
