Mr. C is going into hospital to be operated on on Monday, so is shielding right now. I dropped his Boots prescription off on the doormat and he thanked me warmly from a safe distance up on the first floor balcony as I was leaving.

Somehow, someone has lost (or rather found) a Dogue de Bordeaux in the neighbourhood. Also known as the French Mastiff, theyโ€™re were once used for wolf-baiting and according to Wikipedia, are โ€claimed to have the largest head in the canine world in proportion to the rest of the body.โ€

According to the sign the local vet is taking care of it, and hopefully having more luck than Tom Hanks did in the movie Turner & Hooch the place where many of us know this breed.

Hi Linda, thanks for this, and thanks so much for stepping-up and helping out on the ops side, I think it's been so valuable this year ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
