Lambeth GP Food Coop** Sign up to join the Lambeth Community on the legendary Tuesday Group Run** 😊
This week we head over to help the Lambeth GP Food Coop @ The Pulross Centre which is a rehabilitation unit of Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital with a 20 bed unit for stroke patients. The garden is used by patients and staff to learn how to grow vegetables and your help on Tuesday will enable us to create a wonderful environment for them when they reopen next month. 💯
We're going to: - clear one area of the garden of ivy and some extraneous foliage ready for planting ✅ - clear the other side of the area of the same items to enable a pathway to be established to enable future access to our new composter ✅ - move branches, and small logs into one area ready to be used for building bug hotels ✅ - Have fun while doing it ✅
If you have gardening gloves please bring them although we have several pairs if you don't and as this is a night task if you have a head torch please also bring that.
The task is right by our base so we will head out as usual and grab a fast and fun 2k or so then circle round for the task and finish if we have time with a bit of fitness as well!
If you have a headlamp please bring it!

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.
Options are available to run between 2km and 4km in total
Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.
